- Establish robust process and control system in line to monitor yield/quality.30%
- Yield improvement to achieve KPI of material scrap saving through process/material/equipment optimization.25%
- Provide engineering supporting to plant strategy projects/ NPD/customer complaints/outsourcing projects/lean kaizen activities.20%
- Routine problem shooting in process including abnormal lots disposition to ensure on time delivery with high quality.15%
- Take part in operation continue improvement activities for productivity promotion/cost down etc. 10%
