Location: Manesar, India

Role Summary
The Sales Process Specialist will support APAC Sales teams by managing key sales support activities, improving process efficiency, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational tasks. The role will focus on enabling Sales productivity by simplifying processes, maintaining data quality, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across sales operations workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Support APAC Sales teams with day-to-day sales process activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Assist with Quote-to-Cash related activities, including quote support, order coordination, contract documentation, customer account updates, and request follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and high-quality data in Salesforce CRM, SAP, CPQ, and related business systems.
Drive efficiency by identifying process gaps, reducing manual effort, and recommending opportunities for process simplification and improvement using AI.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve turnaround time.
Track task status, follow up on pending items, and support SLA adherence for sales support activities.
Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and process updates to support visibility and decision-making.
Support regional projects, process transitions, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Customer Support, or Business Process Management.
Demonstrated exposure to process simplification, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives.
Experience working with ERP systems; Salesforce, SAP, or CPQ experience will be an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across APAC teams.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Digital, data, and AI readiness, with working knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, SAP, CPQ, Excel, Power BI, and the ability to validate AI-enabled outputs responsibly.

Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.
May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions.
May serve as business liaison to IT.
This role may involve a significant amount of project management.
Project management responsibilities include managing internal non-technical business projects from initiation through completion.
Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results.
Interprets requirements, identifies project scope, plans and directs schedules, monitors project budgets, assigns tasks and tracks performance and milestone achievement.
Recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, resource additions or scope changes.
Ensures effective communication across teams/functions.
Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
Requires people and resource management through others, and may include leading third-party resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
Generally, requires minimal to no prior relevant work experience.
