Java Full Stack Developer

We are looking for

a Java Full Stack Developer to join an Agile engineering team responsible for

building scalable digital customer experience platforms. The role involves

designing and developing enterprise-grade backend services, integrating with

multiple enterprise systems, building modern user experiences, and delivering

high-quality solutions using modern DevOps and cloud-native practices.

Experience

& Skills

• Minimum 4-8+ years of experience designing and

developing enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

• Strong experience building microservices using Spring

Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Security, REST APIs and related

frameworks.

• Experience developing and consuming RESTful services and

integrating with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), SAP,

and other backend systems.

• Exposure to UI technologies and frameworks such as ReactJS,

Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web application

development.

• Strong understanding of API aggregation and performance

optimisation patterns.

• Experience designing backend services that support

high-performance web applications through effective use of caching

strategies, data aggregation, and optimisation techniques.

• Knowledge of distributed and application-level caching

technologies such as Redis, Hazelcast, Caffeine, Ehcache, or equivalent.

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

using tools such as GitHub ,Jenkins,Maven, Groovy,Ansible

• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting

applications in Docker Swarm, Kubernetes environments.

• Understanding of containerisation, orchestration,

release management, automated testing, and production deployment

processes.

• Exposure to any test automation technologies such as

Selenium, Cucumber,Fitnesse, Mockito, Junit, any other testing frameworks

• Excellent knowledge of software engineering best

practices such as Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, and Design

patterns etc.

• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases

such as Oracle or SQL server, Mongo

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such

as GitHub Copilot or equivalent coding assistants.

• Nice to have: Exposure to Apache web server

configuration, application routing, and production deployment

troubleshooting.

Front-End/UI Developer

We are looking for

a Front-End Developer to join an Agile engineering team delivering modern

digital customer experiences. The role involves designing and developing

scalable user interfaces using Next.js, collaborating with product

manager and backend engineers, and delivering high-quality solutions in a

continuous delivery environment.

Experience and

skills

• Minimum 3-5+ years of professional front-end

development experience.

• Experience building responsive, accessible, and

high-performance web applications.

• Strong experience in one or more front-end frameworks

such as Next.js, React, Angular, Vue.js, Ember, or Thymeleaf, along

with CSS frameworks such as Material UI and SASS.

• Experience developing rich web applications using HTML5,

CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest,

Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, or similar.

• Experience with view layout and rendering technologies,

including responsive design, progressive enhancement, and

cross-browser/device compatibility.

• Strong experience integrating front-end applications

with RESTful backend APIs, including authentication, asynchronous

data handling, caching strategies, lazy loading, pagination, and

performance optimisation to improve application responsiveness and

scalability.

• Understanding of web application security concepts,

authentication mechanisms, and secure API consumption.

• Experience working with state management and

data-fetching libraries such as Redux, React Query, SWR, or equivalent

is desirable.

• Experience developing web services using Python,

Java, Node.js, Ruby, Go, .NET, D3.js, or Scala is a plus.

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, CI/CD

pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub

Copilot or equivalent coding assistants.
