- Starting wage: $24.67/hour
- Additional $1.00/hour night-shift premium
- 12-hour shifts from approximately 6:45/7:00 PM to 6:45/7:00 AM night shift position.
- 2-2-3 rotation schedule, totaling 84 hours over a two-week period.
What you’ll be responsible for each day:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and all food safety requirements
- Perform equipment washing and sanitation
- Support production activities as needed
- Follow company policies, safety rules, and quality standards
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
The individual who will own this role:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Previous food industry or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to safety and hygiene
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work shifts and occasional overtime
- Must have reliable transportation
