About the Role
Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA
- Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA
- Responsible of quality performance by daily, monthly and yearly basis
- Ensure, manage, control, monitor team member mapping database (mapping align with TSR’s skill), database distribution and utilization also database strategy per vintage and campaigns by daily basis
- Analyse database traffic and sales result (gross and quality) everyday
- Sales review and planning (Daily, Weekly, & Monthly)
- Collaborate with QA team to fixing and increasing team quality performance by weekly and/or monthly or whenever needed.
- Responsible of sales capacity every month as targeted by AIA
- Coach and develop SPV and TSRs by regular basis
- Responsible and provide reports by daily, weekly and monthly to Sales Manage and/or DMTM team
- Collaborate with TDX team for TSRs skill development
