In this role, you will be part of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) team, dedicated to serving direct corporate clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor-partnering with companies to deliver tailored employee benefit solutions while driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Drive Growth: As a growth-driven organisation, you will help achieve team sales goals and growth targets by leveraging on the organisational strategies, tools and services.
- Client Management: Deliver trusted benefit advisory, hands-on account servicing including day-to-day operations, communication rollouts, issue resolution - to build long-term client partnerships.
- Data & Insights: Extract and analyse data to support strategic decisions and performance reporting for clients under management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience
- Business Transformation: Contribute to strategic projects that enhance processes, streamline workflows and elevate service quality.
- Team Support: Assist with internal initiatives, events and broader team goals as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- At least 5 years related Industry Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other digital collaboration or CRM tools.
- Certifications/licenses - HI, M5 and M9, M9A, BCP, PGI, Com GI
- Good Communication and negotiation skills
- Customer focused with proven Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Project management skill
