About the Role
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Customer Solutions & Business EnablementLocation: Ho Chi Minh City
Function: Customer & Information Technology | Department: Customer Experience & Transformation
The intern will report to the assigned supervisor within the Customer Solutions & Business Enablement and may support selected administrative and reporting activities for the Business Planning, Governance & Performance Coordination team.
The supervisor will assign work, review outputs, provide regular guidance and evaluate the intern’s progress throughout the internship.

Gain practical experience in preparing business communications, presentations and recurring management reports.
Strengthen skills in visual design, coordination, attention to detail and deadline management.
Develop a foundational understanding of life insurance operations, customer experience, digital initiatives and business planning.
Learn to use Microsoft 365 and approved AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.
Description
The intern will support the following activities, ranked by importance:
Prepare and format internal, Distribution and customer communications based on approved content and templates.
Support operational memos, newsletters, the AIAOne Content Hub, The Spark, Voice of Customer updates and other assigned communication materials.
Support visual design, content layout, proofreading and coordination of required reviews and approvals.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and supporting materials, and accurately capture minutes, decisions, action owners and deadlines.
Maintain action trackers, project files, document registers and shared folders, including proper filing and version control.
Follow up with stakeholders on routine inputs, outstanding actions and agreed deadlines.
Prepare, format and update presentations using approved templates and content provided by team members.
Update recurring reports using validated data and commentary from Operations and other functions; refresh charts, tables and status updates and perform basic quality checks before submission.
Qualifications - Skill, Will, Thrill
Skill
Senior-year university student, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Design, Information Technology or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Good presentation-design, content-formatting and written-communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic quality checks.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Will
Organized, responsive and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
Willing to learn, receive feedback and make timely improvements.
Proactive in following up on tasks and raising questions when requirements are unclear.
Responsible in handling internal information and completing assigned work accurately.
