About the Role
Support HRIT operations by delivering simple system configuration changes, testing activities, documentation, data-related tasks, and AI-assisted initiatives while building foundational expertise in HR technology and digital solutions.- Perform simple system configuration changes and support system enhancements under supervision.
- Execute testing, validation, and quality assurance activities, including AI-assisted testing.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, reporting, and other data-related activities.
- Support AI initiatives through knowledge management, automation support, and bot performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with HRIT team members and stakeholders to support project delivery and operational requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate accountability, quality, and a continuous learning mindset, with the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
Requirements:
- University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
- Has experience in Java Programming is an added advantage
- Possess good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills
- Able to write clearly and concisely
- Able to work extended hours when necessary
- Possess personal attributes such as maturity, interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative, self-motivation
- Able to manage priorities and tasks and time efficiently
- Keen to learn, a team player and have good working attitude
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
