About the Role
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HRBP team.Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HRBP team.
- Arrange interview sessions for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Assist candidates with their application process.
- Assist recruiters with the employment screening process for shortlisted candidates.
- Support candidates onboarding logistic.
- Participate in department's weekly meetings and engagement events.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, International Business, Communications, or business-related degree.
- Available for at least a 6-month full-time internship.
- Good organization skills.
- Willingly to learn & pay attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs.
- CGPA 3.00 & above
