Missions
- Coordinating and tracking healthcare IT and clinical AI project delivery from kickoff through go-live, including maintaining project plans and milestones.
- Facilitating cross-functional communication across Software Engineering, Product Management, Clinical Specialists, and Client Operations, and managing project documentation and action items.
- Monitoring progress against milestones, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks, and escalating risks and issues to project leadership.
Profil recherché
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management, preferably in healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology (required)- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize discussions into concise, actionable summaries (required)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders (required)
- Preferred: Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development environment
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required)
- Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)
- Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail when managing multiple overlapping tasks and projects (required)
- Preferred: CAPM, PMP, or active progress toward a project management credential
- Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner
- Follows all local, regional and country laws concerning employment
