About this role

We are looking for a builder and a leader. You are someone who knows how to design robust systems, lead exceptional people, leverage data to make smart decisions, and unite a distributed network of specialists around a shared vision. You will be the authoritative managerial voice for our radiology community, representing their insights and impact across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Oversee and guide the company’s network of radiologists, serving as their core management anchor.
• Workforce & Resource Planning: Design and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans aligned with organizational priorities.
• Capacity Management: Manage headcount planning, task allocation, and workload balancing for the radiology team.
• Process Infrastructure: Build scalable workflows, control mechanisms, and reporting structures to support hyper-growth.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure radiology resources are perfectly optimized to meet the company’s business and strategic milestones.
• Data-Driven Performance: Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure quality, throughput, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Interface continuously with Product, AI, Clinical, and Operations teams to streamline cross-organizational initiatives and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven Leadership: At least 8 years of experience in people management.
• Team Scale: Direct experience managing teams of 10 or more employees.
• Talent Development: Proven track record in recruitment, professional development, and employee mentorship.
• Change Management: Demonstrated experience building operational processes from scratch and leading organizational change.
• Resource Optimization: Hands-on experience in resource planning, capacity management, or workload allocation.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong experience working with data, metrics, and KPIs to drive operational decisions.
• Influence & Impact: Exceptional ability to motivate, engage, and lead highly specialized, senior professional teams.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Thriving in Ambiguity: Ability to work independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Language: Professional-level fluency in English (written and spoken).

Advantages (Significant Plus)

• Experience in Clinical Operations or Clinical Trial Management.
• Background in Operations, Delivery or Professional Services Management.
• Experience managing a distributed, remote, or part-time professional network.
• Proven experience within the HealthTech sector.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare systems, medical ecosystems, or clinical workflows.
