工作职责 / Responsibilities

-主导健康内容生成Agent的策略设计与迭代，构建基于Agentic Looping的自动化问题巡检与效果自进化机制，驱动生成质量持续提升

-负责Agent核心工具（医生/药品检索等）的任务化调度与智能路由策略，优化多工具协同机制，保障在线生成的响应时效与结果准确性

-搭建Agent链路的Harness工程体系，量化评估模型与策略变更影响，确保在线服务的安全性与稳定性

-跟踪大模型与Agent前沿技术，主导新技术在健康场景中的快速实验验证与规模化工程落地

职责要求 / Requirements

-计算机相关专业硕士及以上学历，扎实的编程功底与复杂系统设计能力

-深入理解Agent核心体系（Planning、Tool Use、Memory、Reflection），熟悉ReAct/CoT等推理范式，具备Agentic Looping的系统化思维与落地经验

-熟练掌握大模型微调与对齐技术（SFT/DPO/RLHF），有实际的数据工程、训练调参与效果评估全流程经验

-具备Harness工程、自进化数据闭环或大规模推理系统工程实践背景; 有健康/医疗场景或IR、知识图谱经验者优先
