工作职责 / Responsibilities

-负责新车型项目实施过程管理，重点是设备方案规划、导入调试、验收及运营管理

-负责技改方案的规划，推动AI+制造在工厂制造特殊场景落地实践，提升制造一致性保障能力

-负责项目管理流程、示范应用AI等新型视觉/激光等技术，推动精益制造，实现整车高效高质交付

-建立设备运营体系及设备资产管理，日常设备故障提供技术支持，指导快速故障修复

职责要求 / Requirements

-本科及以上学历，车辆工程及自动化等相关专业

-主导过3个以上车型导入技改项目，熟悉项目管理核心要素

-熟悉四大工艺车间机运设备运作原理，勇于应用AI技术解决系统问题，并具备独立开发、维护能力

-具备良好的问题解决能力和团队协作能力，能够迅速应对并解决设备故障
