工作职责 / Responsibilities

-负责虚拟陪伴相关功能的产品规划与策略制定，结合二次元用户的偏好与雷点，设计角色创建、互动、养成与分享的完整产品方案

-探索「社区 + 工具」的产品形态，激发用户进行角色创作、剧情共创与内容分享，沉淀良性内容生态与用户心智

-独立承担项目，协调研发、策略、运营等部门推动需求落地，对功能的业务目标负责

-持续跟踪虚拟陪伴方向的国内外产品进展

职责要求 / Requirements

-本科及以上学历，3 年以上工具 / 内容 / AI 产品经验，理解 AIGC 生成算法及其在产品中的应用

-深度理解二次元文化与圈层玩法，熟悉二次元用户的喜好与雷点，有相关行业经验或长期深度体验者优先

-重度小说 / 互动内容用户，热爱角色养成与剧情共创，深度使用过星野、Polybuzz 等 AI 角色陪伴产品者优先

-热爱探索新事物、乐于创作分享，有内容创作经验（同人、小说等）者优先;

-跨团队沟通与协作能力强，具备高度的责任心与抗压能力
