工作职责 / Responsibilities

-负责数字人海外AIGC平台产品移动端能力建设与升级，提升用户体验与商业化收入

-进行AIGC市场与竞品分析，深度调研全球AIGC应用产品赛道、Agent框架及下游应用的最新动态，输出具备高信息密度的竞品分析与行业趋势报告

-进行Agent产品设计与定义，参与AIGC视频Agent的功能定义与策略设计，协助撰写高质量产品需求文档，探索AIGC产品商业化变现手段

-跨团队协同执行：协调研发、设计及运营资源，跟进需求排期、评审与上线全过程，通过数据监控与用户反馈持续优化产品交互体验

职责要求 / Requirements

-本科及以上学历，有美国等海外国家留学/生活经验优先

-1- 3年AI相关产品经验，有海外C端AIAgent，AIGC产品经验优先，尤其移动端相关产品优先

-对AI技术前沿有敏锐的洞察力，熟悉AIGC，人工智能大模型，对AIGC底层逻辑有基础认知; 喜欢挑战和尝试，逻辑思维严谨，对用户体验敏感

-数据意识好，动手分析能力强，善于通过数据发现问题本质; 对产品运营有深入研究，善于结合用户及场景，灵活设计产品方案

-高度的责任心和抗压能力，靠谱尽责，善于跨团队协作
