-着眼于客户行业和业务场景层面,通过百度智能云技术大方向作为切入口,具备百度智能云相关产品的支持能力,通过出色的软技能,通过定期的拜访/回访/咨询/分析服务,为大客户的消费比重和满意度保驾护航

-通过较强的内部协调能力,通过出色的故障分析能力,在大客户遇到百度智能云产品故障的时候,协调后台最准确的资源,通过最短的SLA,给予大客户最有利的支持,直到问题解决,并提供相关故障分析报告,并在定期拜访中进行分享,总结

-了解客户的IT和业务需求,帮助提升客户的运营水平,建立长期的信任关系

-通过行业客户的支持,做行业知识沉淀,行业产品沉淀

职责要求 / Requirements

-计算机或网络专业本科及以上学历背景，8年以上大厂大客户服务/运维岗位工作

-具备团队管理经验优先

-精通Linux操作系统和网络TCP/IP协议; 熟练使用各类调试、测试工具，如抓包、SDK等

-具备shell、python、php等脚本语言开发能力者优先

-精通DNS/负载均衡/数据库/存储/高防/容灾/容器/常用软件调优的技术能力和常见问题解决思路，云厂商运维或5年以上使用经验者优先

-有清晰的任一行业服务方法论

-具备良好的沟通能力以及文档、PPT编写能力

-具备高度的工作责任心，要有全方位服务意识和团队精神。能够保持积极的态度，优化工作方式和效率
