-机器学习/深度学习基础：理解 LR、树模型、Embedding 等常用模型原理，熟悉至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch / TensorFlow）

-搜索/推荐/广告领域知识：了解倒排索引、召回→粗排→精排→重排的基本流程，知道向量检索（ANN）的基本思路

-数据处理能力：能使用 SQL 进行数据提取与清洗，了解特征工程的基本方法

-工程落地意识：有模型训练→评估→上线的完整项目经验（竞赛、实验室项目或实习均可），了解 A/B 测试与离线/在线指标

-学习与沟通：能快速阅读论文并复现 baseline，主动沟通问题，有团队协作经验
