工作职责 / Responsibilities

-自研模型架构探索：深度参与电商数字人生成大模型的研发，探索Diffusion Model、DMD等前沿方法在数字人直播与短视频生成中的应用

-前沿技术转化：紧跟视频生成、3D人脸重建与驱动等领域的最前沿进展，验证并落地创新算法方案，解决复杂环境下的数字人表现力问题

-学术成果沉淀：结合业务场景中的核心挑战，沉淀高质量研究成果，撰写并在人工智能国际顶尖学术会议/期刊上发表论文

-全链路方案优化：研发并迭代电商数字人直播解决方案，攻克交互实时性、生成一致性等关键指标，持续提升数字人在实际生产环境中的业务转化效能

职责要求 / Requirements

-深入理解GAN、 VAE、Diffusion Model/CFM等视觉生成技术，精通DPO、LORA、蒸馏等训练方法，有成功的模型算法优化和应用经验。有3D人脸建模，talking-head生成，唇驱等数字人相关技术背景优先

-熟悉Wan、CogVideoX等开源视频生成基座模型，精通DiT和mmDiT架构，了解可控生成技术和应用，如ControlNet，IP-adapter等

-具有扎实的算法理论和研发基础，熟练掌握常用CV算法和工具（分类、分割、超分等）; 有顶会论文优先

-勤于钻研前沿技术，具备较强的自学与研究能力
