工作职责 / Responsibilities

-负责具身智能仿真数据平台的设计、开发与维护，构建支持机器人训练、评测和数据生产的一体化平台

-基于 Isaac Sim、Isaac Lab、Omniverse 等仿真平台，搭建大规模数据合成流水线，支持视觉、语言、动作等多模态数据生成

-负责机器人场景、资产（Asset）、任务（Task）和环境（Environment）的标准化管理与自动化生成，提升数据生产效率和质量

-设计并开发仿真数据生成、标注、清洗、质量评估及版本管理能力，建立可持续迭代的数据闭环

-建设仿真任务调度、批量生成、分布式运行及资源管理平台，支持大规模并行数据生产

-支持 VLA、具身大模型及机器人算法团队的数据需求，持续优化数据覆盖率、多样性和真实性

-建立仿真数据评测体系，分析数据质量与模型效果之间的关联，持续提升数据价值

职责要求 / Requirements

-本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、软件工程等相关专业

-熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的软件工程能力，熟悉 Linux 开发环境

-熟悉至少一种仿真平台（Isaac Sim、Isaac Lab、Omniverse、Unity、Unreal、Gazebo 等），具有仿真数据生产经验

-熟悉数据平台或数据工程相关技术，包括数据管理、任务调度、数据流水线等

-具备良好的系统设计能力，能够设计高可扩展、高并发的数据生产平台
