Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Agentic AI to drive the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions that address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
The role involves identifying AI opportunities, leading project delivery, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and guiding teams in building innovative, scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of AI initiatives aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to identify challenges, understand requirements, and recommend suitable AI-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities to implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI to automate workflows and improve business processes.
- Oversee the development and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into practical AI solution strategies.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and rapid prototyping to assess the feasibility and business value of AI solutions.
- Engage with clients to present solution approaches, communicate project progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- Guide and mentor team members, encourage knowledge sharing, and promote a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, timely delivery, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor AI solution performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Support continuous learning and the adoption of emerging AI capabilities to strengthen organizational AI expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, software development, or AI solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience delivering AI-powered products, solutions, or business process automation initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of AI solution architecture, implementation approaches, and performance evaluation.
- Experience in client engagement, requirement gathering, solution planning, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage project priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, conduct research, and adapt to evolving AI technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading Agentic AI or Generative AI implementation projects.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI strategy, proof-of-concept development, and business process automation.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and engage with clients on AI solution delivery.
