Construction Finishing Supervisor

Job Description: AIM Developer delivers residential and commercial construction projects, with a focus on practical planning, reliable execution, quality control, and finishing that meets approved drawings and client requirements. The Construction Finishing Supervisor will oversee finishing activities at the Lahore project location and coordinate site teams to achieve safe, orderly, and high-quality handover-ready work.

• Plan and supervise day-to-day finishing work, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, ceilings, carpentry, and related installations.
• Coordinate contractors, skilled workers, materials, and work sequencing to keep activities aligned with project schedules and site priorities.
• Inspect workmanship against approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements; record and follow up on defects and corrective actions.
• Monitor material use and availability, report delays or site constraints, and support practical resolution with project and procurement teams.
• Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and appropriate work practices throughout finishing areas.
• Maintain daily progress and inspection records, communicate status to project management, and support snagging, rectification, and final handover.

Job Specification:

• Hands-on knowledge of residential or commercial construction finishing methods and sequencing.
• Ability to supervise finishing crews and subcontractors, assign tasks, and coordinate work across trades.
• Competence in reading architectural drawings, specifications, and finishing schedules.
• Strong eye for workmanship, dimensions, alignment, surface preparation, and material quality.
• Experience conducting inspections, preparing snag lists, tracking defects, and verifying corrective work.
• Working knowledge of construction site safety, housekeeping, and quality control practices.
• Ability to monitor progress, material requirements, and work completion against schedules.
• Clear communication, practical problem-solving, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with project teams.
