ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:

  • Администрирование корпоративных бизнес-систем, обеспечение стабильной работы, системная поддержка пользователей корпоративных бизнес-систем, относящихся к своей зоне ответственности;
  • Собирать и структурировать пользовательские истории, формализовывать функциональные и технические требования, готовить постановку задач для команды разработки, тестировать функционал и сквозные бизнес-процессы, поддерживать в актуальном состоянии техническую документацию по системам;
  • Анализировать и выявлять потребности в области улучшения систем и сквозных бизнес-процессов, предлагать идеи по их реализации;
  • Выполнять анализ инцидентов и проблем, предлагать решения и меры по их предотвращению.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:

  • Высшее образование в сфере информационных технологий или смежных областях;
  • Опыт работы от 1-го года на позиции бизнес- и/или системного аналитика;
  • Понимание процессов разработки программного обеспечения и жизненного цикла IT-систем;
  • Знание методологий анализа и постановки требований, умение работать с BPMN / UML;
  • Навыки подготовки технической документации (User Stories, Use Cases, требования, схемы интеграций);
  • Уверенное владение SQL, понимание принципов REST API, SOAP и интеграционного взаимодействия систем;
  • Умение фасилитировать встречи, проводить интервью и работать с заказчиками;
  • Аналитическое мышление и системный подход;
  • Знание английского языка минимум уровня Intermediate;
  • Будет плюсом: опыт работы системным аналитиком в финтех проектах
