How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Apoyar el desarrollo de las actividades operativas, administrativas o técnicas del área asignada, aplicando los conocimientos teóricos adquiridos durante su formación en el SENA. El objetivo es contribuir al cumplimiento de las metas del equipo mientras se desarrollan las competencias clave para su crecimiento profesional.- Apoyo Operativo:Ejecutar las tareas diarias asignadas por el jefe inmediato bajo supervisión.
- Gestión Documental:Organizar, digitalizar, archivar y mantener al día la documentación o bases de datos del área.
- Atención y Servicio:Brindar soporte oportuno a clientes internos o externos (vía telefónica, correo electrónico o presencial) según el foco del área.
- Cumplimiento Normativo:Acatar los reglamentos internos de la empresa, las normas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) y el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental.
- Proactividad y Mejora:Proponer ideas de mejora basadas en lo aprendido en su etapa lectiva para optimizar los procesos de la compañía.
