How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Participate in a structured rotational program across key commercial departments, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for Air Liquide Thailand's offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform product/service development.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential and existing clients.
• Contribute to the management of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Analyze sales data and commercial performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand IT solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor of engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to drive, possess driving license and a car
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Google platform.
• Prior internship or work experience in a commercial or IT-related field is advantageous.
• A keen interest in Industrial Gases solutions and their application in various industries.
• Willingness to travel as required.
