Production Technician/Engineer

Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. Responsible for the implementation of product assembly production,and the completion of theproduct implementation of self inspection,in order to improve the assembly efficiency and quality,to set the goal of manufacturing.Execute equipment modifications at the customer site when necessary.
負責產品組裝製作之執行，并對完成之製品實施自我檢驗，以提升組裝效率及品質，達既定之製造目標。必要時於客戶端執行設備修改.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
In accordance with the manufacturing engineering drawing,BOM and SOP,the pipeline is preset,bend pipe,line cutting and marking.依照製造工程圖、BOM及SOP,進行管理預置、彎管、管路裁切及標示。
Be responsible for Support welding and cutting board and drilling tapping.負責Support的焊接及板材的裁切及攻牙施作。
Check the material include the size and number of parts,it must be BOM table is consistent.實施外觀、規格、尺寸等及數量核對，以確保所領的零組件與BOM表是一致的。
According to manufacturing drawing Install pipeline and valve parts,after the assembly shall be checked again about there are missing parts or specifications of the case does not match.按照製造圖面所需安裝管路及閥件，組裝后須再次檢查是否有漏裝元件或規格不符的情形。
Responsible for incoming/MO material acceptance,to ensure that the purchase of materials and appearance quality models are correct.負責製造命令/現場材料查驗，以確保購買之料件外觀品質及型號正確無誤。
Assist supervisor to implement the SOP production and revision,update the document according to the change of the product,to meet the requirement of product change.協助主管執行SOP的製作和修訂，按照產品之變化適時更新文件，以滿足產品變化之需求。
Assist with machine modifications at the customer site, and coordinate with after-sales service to implement relevant improvements. 客戶端協助改機,及配合售服執行相關改善.
Are you a MATCH?
- Above college in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
-Concept of mechanical manufacturing and ability of drawing.
- Experience in machining and maintenance of related machinery industry or semiconductor industry.
- Flaretek and prime lock Assembly Skill
