We are looking for a motivated new college graduate to join our Mechanical Engineering team. This role will focus on server mechanical design, assembly fixture and jig design, product testing, and issue analysis. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop assembly jigs, fixtures, and tooling for server products.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical specifications for jig and fixture designs.
• Evaluate and improve jig and fixture functionality, accuracy, safety, and ease of use.
• Support server assembly, prototype builds, and mechanical testing.
• Conduct fit checks, functional verification, and test-result documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, tooling, and assembly-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to improve product design and assembly processes.
• Support jig fabrication, validation, implementation, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply; prior server industry experience is not required.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design, jig and fixture design, manufacturing processes, and tolerance analysis.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD software, such as Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD, is preferred.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Hands-on project, internship, or mechanical design experience is a plus.
