Responsible for implementing Project Risk Management policies and procedures. Ensures project risk identification, quantitative analysis (Monte Carlo), and mitigation planning are performed effectively to support Risk Boards and project execution.職務内容
Main Accountabilities:
Implement Project Risk Management policies, processes, and systems to ensure quality and consistency.
Perform Project Risk Identification (PRI) and Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) during the proposal phase.
Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis (Monte Carlo simulation) using inputs from Estimation, Cost Control, and Schedule.
Prepare risk-related documentation for Risk Board (RRB) and Engineering Risk Committee (ERC) meetings.
Monitor risk evolution and trigger follow-up analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process and continuous improvement of tools.
Provide Risk Management training and coordinate data reporting for Global Functions.
Differentiating Criteria:
Team Management: Coordinate with center collection and participate in the Community of Practice.
Decision Making: High level of autonomy in risk profile development and mitigation strategy assessment.
応募資格
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Risk Management expertise is a plus).
5+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
Proficiency in Project Risk Management tools (e.g., ARPAL, Monte Carlo simulation).
Language: Fluent in both English and Japanese.
