職務内容

• Preparation of application documents related to pressure vessels.
• Design operations for pressure vessels.
• Preparation of technical requests for pressure vessels.
• Technical clarification with vendors.
• Participation in the qualification and registration of new vendors.
• Troubleshooting during manufacturing and commissioning.
• Participation in product development activities.
• Creation and updating of standard documentation.
• Preparation of documents for cost estimation to support sales and proposal activities.
• Management of engineering documents in internal systems.
• Training new staff.

応募資格

Required Qualifications And Competencies

• 3+ years of engineering experience in the oil & gas, chemical industry, or plant EPC companies.
• Knowledge and understanding of Japanese laws and regulations.
• Knowledge and understanding of international codes and regulations (especially ASME BPVC Sec. VIII).
• Software skills: Excel or spreadsheet software.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Language: fluent level of Japanese required, intermediate level of English

Preferred

• Engineering experience with cryogenic pressure vessels and heat exchangers as a static equipment engineer.
• Broad foundational knowledge and understanding of process, electrical, instrumentation, piping, pressure vessels, etc.
• Experience in commissioning and maintenance of static equipment.
• Experience in quality control and evaluation through vendor surveys and pre-qualification.
