職務内容

1. Operation

"a. Reviewing Order Requirements & Arranging Operations: Review internal/external orders, clearly define necessary conditions (inventory, delivery dates, product specifications), and arrange for subsequent departments (manufacturing, logistics) to execute tasks smoothly without hesitation.

b. System Entry & Instruction Issuance: Accurately input order details into core systems (e.g., ERP) and generate/distribute manufacturing and shipping instructions to relevant departments.

c. Procurement & Payment Processing: Arrange the purchase of raw materials and OEM products from suppliers, issue purchase orders, and process payments for freight and overseas purchases.

d. Cross-functional & External Collaboration: Receive and verify certificates of analysis (CoA) from suppliers, request label creation from the quality management department, and collaborate for smooth supply chain operations.

2. Transportation

"a. Delivery & Schedule Management: Input and continuously update the shipping schedule, and coordinate delivery dates (responses and changes) with customers, sales, and manufacturing departments.

b. Delivery Arrangement: Arrange domestic deliveries through partnered logistics providers and external transportation companies.

c. Import/Export Management: Arrange forwarders for importing raw materials or exporting samples, and prepare export documents (Invoice, Packing List). Support export control management.

d. Adhere to shipping and handling procedures for hazardous materials and high-pressure gases, and support the team in root cause investigations and corrective actions for transportation issues."

3. Inventory Control

"a. Execute the cycle counting program to ensure high inventory accuracy and system data integrity for all direct and indirect materials.

b. Regularly inspect inventory levels of raw materials, canisters, and business supplies, and perform accurate goods receipt and issue processing on the system.

c. Manage all indirect material storage, shipping, receiving, and internal delivery for internal customer groups."

4. SAFETY

"a. Strictly adhere to safety standards and take the initiative in 5S activities in the warehouse, workplace, and office.

b. Properly escalate issues regarding missing information or exceptions and contribute to the standardization of business procedures (eliminating dependency on individual skills and unifying formats)."
