Field Service Engineer (售後現場服務工程師)

We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA'scustomers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. We strives for continuous improvement in terms of product quality, production capacity and services. We will alwaysbe flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.
Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).EXCLUDE : jobs whose main mission is invoicing & cashing management (should be coded in the Job Family "Finance & Controlling", in the Group Job "Cash Management")
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Ensure the maintenance of customer database in the system, creation of Credit Notes and Debit Notes, etc.
2. Update customer info in the system and maintain sales activity dashboards.
3. Generate customer call reports, check data consistency, and prepare sales/customer reports.
4. Support to Offer team by preparing proposals for selected simple offers. Follow up on proposals, coordinate with Sales Representatives, and manage contract completion.
5. Participate in the customer claims treatment during contract initiation.
Are you a MATCH?
1. High School /Specialized degree in Economics, Business, MIS, Foreign Languages.
2. 1-2 years of customer service experience in chemical and manufacturing industry is a plus.
