Airbus is a European aerospace group formed in 1970 as a consortium of French, German, British and Spanish manufacturers to build a competitor to the American aircraft industry, and now the largest commercial aircraft maker in the world. Its passenger jets run from the A220 through the best-selling A320 family to the A350 widebody, built in an unusual pan-European industrial system where major sections are made in different countries and flown to final assembly lines. Beyond airliners it is the largest civil helicopter maker, builds telecommunications and observation satellites, and supplies military aircraft including the A400M transport.

Airbus is committed to providing reasonable accommodations as an Equal Opportunity Employer to applicants with disabilities. If you require assistance or an accommodation to complete your application, please contact us at [email protected]

We are seeking a Business & Pricing Analyst to serve as a strategic partner across our commercial ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance. You will take ownership of sophisticated pricing models, evaluate the economics of high-stakes commercial deals, and deliver executive-ready recommendations that drive sustainable growth. If you have 5+ years of experience in business and pricing analysis, sharp commercial instincts, and the technical modeling skills to back them up, we want to talk to you.

Meet the Team:

The Airbus Helicopters Flexrotor Program offers one of the most advanced small tactical unmanned aerial systems (STUAS) with vertical take-off and landing (VTOL). It can be used day or night by US and allied forces for a diverse range of intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR) on land and at sea.

Your Working Environment:

Nestled in the heart of the stunning Columbia River Gorge in Bingen, WA, our workplace offers innovation and the ability to contribute to game-changing solutions while enjoying the flexibility to spread your wings. Your Challenges:

  • Evaluate Deal Economics: Assess deal profitability, cash flow timing, margin impacts, and cost inputs to ensure commercial viability and identify risk trade-offs before contract commitment.
  • Structure Commercial Proposals: Formulate and review deal architectures, establishing clear guidelines for scope, milestone schedules, payment terms, risk allocation, and partner participation.
  • Conduct Scenario and Margin Analysis: Model discounting thresholds, price elasticity, volume assumptions, and competitive benchmarks to recommend optimal pricing strategies that protect gross margins.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Deal Alignment: Coordinate directly with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering to ensure proposed deals are commercially viable, compliant, and operationally executable.
  • Produce Executive Decision Briefs: Prepare structured deal review decks, business cases, and pricing summaries that clearly articulate options, commercial risks, and final recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Maintain Deal Governance & Compliance: Track pricing assumptions, approval trails, commercial exceptions, and operational lessons learned to standardize best practices and commercial discipline.
  • Analyze and Optimize Business Processes: Map end-to-end commercial workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement repeatable improvements across the go-to-market pipeline.
  • Capture and Validate Business Requirements: Partner across growth, technical, and operational teams to gather business requirements, define key assumptions, and translate strategy into measurable deliverables.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Working Sessions: Drive alignment across internal teams by managing timelines, tracking workstream dependencies, and communicating complex financial data in clear, concise formats.
