ROLE SUMMARY
The selected candidate will join the AH Information Management Directorate, to manage, drive and monitor the delivery of Digital projects, related to Airbus Helicopters Customer Relationship Management domain.
Activities around Customer Relationship Management are today mainly driven by Marketing, Sales and Support departments. These business domains are composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various solutions that help building up customer relationships.
In a context of high service usage, you will be accountable for the stability, performance, and operability of our solutions. You will play a pivotal role between our internal teams, our managed service providers (MSPs), and our users to ensure service excellence.
The CRM solutions portfolio consists in:
Our Salesforce platform, which includes: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and other tiers applications (PROS CPQ, Qualtrics…)
Our customer portal AirbusWorld: powered by Liferay portal solution, that exposes a set of services developed with the last industry standards
Our technical requests applications: a set of web and mobile based services developed specifically to answer to both Customers expectation and Security standards

YOUR CHALLENGES
As a Web Developer in the CRM domain, your main mission will be to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. Your responsibilities include:
Development & Integration: Build and enhance front-end and back-end components for custom web applications and CRM tools.
Solution Design: Contribute to the technical architecture of new features, ensuring they align with the "API First" strategy and security standards.
Portal Management: Maintain and evolve the AirbusWorld portal (Liferay), ensuring a seamless user experience for our international customers.
Technical Support: Provide level 3 support for complex technical issues and ensure the continuous improvement of existing applications.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance and responsiveness.
Security Compliance: Implement best practices in web security to protect sensitive customer and aeronautical data.
SKILLS
Technical Expertise
Modern Front-end: Mastery of core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+) and advanced proficiency in at least one modern framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
CMS Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in Liferay or similar enterprise CMS solutions.
Back-end Development: Strong skills in server-side technologies, notably Java and modern frameworks like Next.js.
Data Management: Proficiency in SQL and database design.
DevOps & Infrastructure: Solid understanding of containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Architecture & Security: Strong "API First" approach and a deep awareness of web performance and security protocols (OWASP, authentication standards).
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), including the ability to estimate effort (story pointing) for specific features.
CI/CD: Practical knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, specifically using GitLab.
Quality Assurance: Proficiency in application testing (unit, functional, and integration testing) to ensure robust delivery.
Soft Skills
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Mindset: Rigorous, autonomous, and possessing a strong team spirit.
Customer Orientation: A natural focus on delivering value to the end-user.
Language: An Advanced level in English is mandatory (working in an international environment).
