You will join the Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train.
You will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the world’s leading helicopter manufacturer.
Your challenges:
Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people.
Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products.
Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces.
Your profile:
Min. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance.
Hands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics.
Background or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments.
Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable.
