Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Lancement de produit Lean AI (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS sur son site de Blagnac.. Vous rejoindrez le département « DMZ » en charge de analyses avancées et IA

Votre stage consistera à soutenir le lancement complet d'une nouvelle offre interne alliant méthodologies Lean et IA. Cette offre accompagnera les équipes métiers d'Airbus pour garantir que l'IA développée et déployée génère de la valeur.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Élaborer des supports de communication et de marketing pour accompagner le lancement auprès de différents profils d'utilisateurs (personas).

• Créer des supports de formation et des guides d'utilisation destinés aussi bien aux utilisateurs finaux qu'aux experts métiers (SME).

• Organiser et animer des démonstrations du produit.

• Amélioration du produit : Développer et mettre en œuvre des mécanismes pour recueillir en continu les retours des utilisateurs, les « user stories » et la documentation complémentaire auprès des parties prenantes, afin d'optimiser l'efficacité de la solution d'IA.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des technologies d'IA.

• Développer vos connaissances des techniques Lean.

• Collaborer avec des parties prenantes issues de tous les domaines et niveaux de l'entreprise.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en BAC + 5encommunications, marketing ou IA ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

• Compétences techniques :

• Connaissances et expérience pratique de l'IA, des LLM (grands modèles de langage) et des agents intelligents.

• Connaissances en Lean Startup et/ou Lean 6S.

• Excellentes compétences en communication et marketing, avec une capacité à produire des contenus percutants aaptés aux différents profils d'utilisateurs. Une expérience préalable sur un lancement de produit serait un atout.

• Soft Skills :

• Excellentes capacités de communication et aptitude à effectuer des présentations devant un large public.

• Gestion des parties prenantes : Capacité à mobiliser et interagir avec des interlocuteurs internationaux à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise, y compris la haute direction.

• Langues :

• Anglais :Courant

• Français : Courant

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : « LEAN AI Product Launch intern (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus SAS located in Blagnac You will join the "DMZ" department in charge of Advanced Analytics and AI.

Your internship will consist in: supporting the full launch of a new internal offering that combines Lean Methodologies with AI, that will support business teams across Airbus in ensuring that the AI we develop and deploy will add value.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Produce communication/marketing material to support the launch to a wide range of personas.

• Produce training material/user guides for both users and SMEs.

• Organising and leading product demo's

• Product Improvement: Develop and implement mechanisms to continuously collect user feedback, user stories and more documentation from stakeholders to improve the AI solution's effectiveness.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Develop an In depth knowledge of AI technology

• Develop your knowledge of Lean Techniques.

• Work with stakeholders across all areas and levels of the business

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Communications, Marketing or Atificial Intelligence (or equivalent).

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

• Knowledge and hands on experience of AI / LLM's / Agents

• Some knowledge of Lean Start Up and/or Lean 6S. .

• Excellent communication and marketing skills, with the ability to produce eyecatching content tailored to a persona. Ideally you will have worked on a product launch before

- Soft Skills :

• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to present in front of a large audience.

• Stakeholder Management skills: The ability to engage and manage international stakeholders at all levels in the company, including Senior / Top Management.

- Language skills :

• English fluent

• French : advanced
