We are recruiting a Customer Success Manager Intern.
This position is based in our Paris office, and will start in November 2026. Duration will be 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in supporting our rapidly growing client base, helping them grow their businesses with Aircall.
- Act as the main point of contact for our global customers in the long-tail segment.
- Handle client tickets, answering questions and requests efficiently, and route them to the appropriate self-serve resource or team.
- Support the Customer Success team by handling inbound calls and collaborating with other teams across the company to resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and apply retention tactics to grow and nurture a portfolio of customers.
- Partner with the Digital CS team to benchmark, evaluate, and operationalize process optimization opportunities, including AI tools.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English & French (Spanish, or German is a plus).
- Genuine passion for consistently delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Student in Master degree
