Job Title: Programme / Delivery / Project Manager - D365

This opportunity is with a global technology company delivering digital, engineering, cloud and AI capabilities across multiple industries. The role focuses on leading Microsoft Business Applications and D365 CE programme delivery, supporting complex multi-release environments with strong governance, integrated planning and senior stakeholder engagement. This position offers the chance to contribute to high-impact transformation programmes within a structured delivery setting.

Required Experience:

  • Experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications or D365 CE programmes
  • 8-12 years of programme, delivery or project management experience
  • Background managing multi-release programmes in complex enterprise environments
  • Experience within insurance or broader BFSI environments
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, programme mobilisation and governance cadence
  • Experience producing steering committee reporting and managing senior COO/CIO-level stakeholder engagement

Required Skills:

  • Strong RAID management and programme governance capability
  • Agile, SAFe and hybrid waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Commercial awareness and change-control management
  • Integrated planning across complex delivery scopes
  • Knowledge of core write-back and STP programme scope

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Indonesia or OJK-regulated environments
