Job Description

วิเคราะห์ความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะของพนักงาน และวางแผน ออกแบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม
กำหนดเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์การอบรมให้สอดคล้องกับองค์กร
จัดและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมตามแผน
ถ่ายทอดความรู้ ทักษะ และแนวทางการทำงานที่ถูกต้อง สามารถใช้เทคนิคการสอนที่หลากหลาย เช่น บรรยาย กิจกรรมกลุ่ม Role Play และ Simulation
ประเมินผลวัดความรู้ผู้เข้าอบรมก่อน-หลังการฝึก และสรุปผลการอบรมรายงานต่อผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
พัฒนาและปรับปรุงเนื้อหาหลักสูตรอย่างต่อเนื่อง
