1.รับสายให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าและแนะนำลูกค้าในเรื่องการสอบถามข้อมูล รวมถึงการแจ้งปัญหาการใช้งาน

2.ดูแลในเรื่องการนำเสนอ Package และ Promotion และดูแลลูกค้าเรื่องงานขายจนจบ Process

3.ดูแลในเรื่องนำเสนอ Offer Promotion พิจารณาสาเหตุหลักของการขอยกเลิกเพื่อให้ลูกค้าใช้งานกับทางบริษัทอย่างต่อเนื่อง

4.ดูแลเรื่องการสร้าง Order ต่างๆ ให้ลูกค้าจนจบกระบวนการ

5.รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าที่ติดต่อองค์กรทุกช่องทาง

6.สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจ
