Обязанности:
- Проведение spend analysis и подготовка Spend Cube;
- Разработка и исполнение Сategory strategy;
- Управление контрактами, поставщиками и рисками (Supplier Relationship Management);
- Внедрение и мониторинг KPI (TCO, Savings, SLA и Demand Coverage итд);
- Внедрение новых подходов в закупках, к примеру устойчивые практики и цифровизация;
- Управление и координация ожиданиями стейкхолдеров и привносить результаты для Холдинга;
- Обучение и развитие сотрудников управления закупок, формирование сильной команды.
- Не менее 3-5 лет опыта работы категорийных закупках;
- Проактивное управление категорией и потребностью в категории ;
- Навыки переговоров и тендерных процедур;
- Опыт работы с договорами, юридическая и финансовая экспертиза;
- Знания Excel, работа с аналитикой;
- Стратегическое мышление и ответственность;
- Сертификаты CIPS, PMP или MBA приветствуются.
- Работа в крупной и устойчивой компании;
- Официальное трудоустройство согласно ТК РК;
