Full - Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Own accelerator's visual flow builder is a node-based graph editor where business users design automation workflows by connecting pipeline stages. Build real-time process monitoring dashboards, audit trail viewers, human-in-the-loop review interfaces, and multi-tenant admin screens.
• Build the visual flow builder using React with a node-based graph library (React Flow or similar) for drag-and-configure workflow design
• Create configuration panels for all 6 pipeline stages: connector setup, validation rules, thresholds, and output routing. Implement real-time process monitoring dashboards with live pipeline execution, success/failure rates, and latency metrics
• Build the audit trail viewer with complete decision logs, filtering, search, and export
• Design the human-in-the-loop review interface for red-line compliance escalation cases
• Build RBAC and multi-tenant admin user roles, usage quotas, billing visibility
• Ensure frontend performance at scale large workflow graphs, high-volume log streaming, responsive charts

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 years.
• Strong React + graph/visual builder experience.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• React (hooks, context, state management) architectural decisions, not component assembly Graph/node-based editors React Flow, D3.js, Cytoscape, or similar visual builders.
• TypeScript type-safe components, generics, and utility types.
• Python backend, FastAPI, API design, database queries, and auth.
• Real-time data WebSockets and Server-Sent Events.
• UI/UX sensibility: you care about how things feel, not just function.
• AWS basics S3 CloudFront, API Gateway, Cognito, Amplify.
• Core Tech Stack: React, TypeScript, React Flow, TailwindCSS, Zustand/Redux, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, WebSockets/SSE, Recharts/D3.js, Playwright/Vitest, and AWS (S3 CloudFront, API Gateway, and Cognito).
