Executive - Procurement

Manage the end-to-end procurement process in alignment with project requirements, business objectives, and cost-saving initiatives. This includes market research, supplier prequalification, sourcing strategy development, RFQ issuance, bid evaluation, technical and commercial negotiations, value engineering, regulatory compliance, risk management, purchase order processing, timely delivery, vendor performance monitoring, and procurement reporting to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and project schedule adherence.

• Plan and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals & cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and emerging trends within the industry.
• Evaluate vendor pre-qualification to assess capabilities and reliability.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure adherence to technical specifications and commercial terms.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage procurement risks.
• Generate insightful procurement reports for performance analysis.
• Create detailed sourcing plans to optimize supplier selection and achieve delivery requirements.
• Finalize goods and services in accordance with project contract specifications.
• Develop and agree the list of Good or Service required for allocated project along with timeline to process and lead-time for delivery.
• Develop and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) to qualified vendors with all the relevant documents like Project specification, Drawings, Schematic, Project Details, Scope of work along with Letter of intent (LOI) terms & conditions after incorporation of Project specific terms in coordination with project team.
• Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
• Upon review of Project schedule & specification requirement, analysis the possibility of introducing
• Value Engineering items (if acceptance to Client / Consultant) to enhance additional Saving or Cost avoidance to the organization.

  Obtain Quote(s) within the stipulated period and analyze bid(s) in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with the project team and design department for thorough technical evaluations.
• Process purchase orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Periodically close open purchase orders and manage vendor blocklisting.
• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from requisition to order release, including material submittal.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Facilities Management / Engineering/ Management or a related discipline is preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant procurement category of engineering.
