Обязанности:
- Оказание технической помощи пользователям HR-платформы;
- Контроль за соблюдением порядка в Ассессмент-центре;
- Контроль за соблюдением порядка в VR-комнатах;
- Оказание технической помощи в кабинете «Подтверждение трудоустройства»;
- Проведение тренировок в Ассессмент-центре для сотрудников компании;
- Установка ПО на виртуальные рабочие столы и операционную систему Windows;
- Ведение отчетности по обращениям в техническую поддержку;
- Ведение отчетности по результатам прохождения чек-листов в VR;
- Ведение отчетности по багам на HR-платформе;
- Настройка оборудования.
- Базовые навыки владения компьютером;
- Приветствуется опыт работы в качестве системного администратора;
- Опыт работы в call-центре;
- Стрессоустойчивость;
- Коммуникабельность;
- Опыт работы на руководящей должности.
