Alabuga is a special economic zone and industrial park in the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia, created in 2006 near the city of Yelabuga to attract manufacturing investment through tax relief and prepared infrastructure. It hosts production facilities across automotive components, chemicals, building materials, food processing and machinery, and operates its own vocational education programmes that recruit young workers and students directly into resident plants. The zone recruits continuously across engineering, production and administrative roles, and its residents employ several thousand people between them.

Обязанности:

  • подбор и оценка персонала в рамках курируемого направления (штат от 100 до 1500 сотрудников);
  • анализ ТЗ на кандидата, проведение видео-интервью, сопровождение трудоустройства, адаптация;
  • планирование потребности в персонале, актуализация и формирование штатного расписания;
  • аналитика данных курируемого направления (HR-метрики);
  • активный поиск кандидатов на специализированных ресурсах;
  • телефонное интервью с кандидатами;
  • приглашение кандидатов на собеседования;
  • участие в организации собеседований;
  • проведение мониторинга рынка труда;
  • ведение отчетности по вакансиям.
Требования:
  • готовность выходить из зоны комфорта для достижения результата;
  • развитые навыки переговоров;
  • нацеленность на результат;
  • инициативность, работоспособность, ответственность, стрессоустойчивость;
  • опыт работы в сфере подбора персонала не обязателен, но будет преимуществом;
  • готовность к обучению и развитию;
  • стремление к карьерному росту.
Условия:

  • дневная рабочая неделя (ненормированная);

  • возможность участия в масштабных проектах;
