Обязанности:

  • приём и обработка обращений пользователей в HelpDesk и сообщений системы мониторинга Zabbix, соблюдение сроков SLA;
  • установка и настройка операционных систем на АРМ (Windows) ввод АРМ в корпоративный домен, установка программного обеспечения;
  • диагностика и устранение неисправностей АРМ, периферийного оборудования и оргтехники;
  • подключение и настройка сетевых МФУ на сервере печати, диагностика неисправностей МФУ;
  • контроль работоспособности средств защиты на АРМ (Kaspersky Security Center, Kaspersky Endpoint Security);
  • обслуживание, подключение и настройка телевизионного оборудования на производственных объектах, включая отдельные работы на высоте;
  • ведение и актуализация учёта IT-активов в HelpDesk.

Требования:

  • знание устройства ПК: комплектующие, периферия, сборка и подключение;
  • базовые знания сетей: IP-адрес, подсеть, патч-корд, подключение сетевого принтера;
  • понимание доменной структуры и работы с учётными записями (Active Directory);
  • опыт работы с системой заявок (HelpDesk, Service Desk или аналогичной);
  • установка и настройка Windows, Linux.

  • работа в Республике Татарстан, г. Елабуга;
  • работа в команде с сильными специалистами, меняющими промышленность страны;
  • оформление по ТК РФ;
  • карьерный рост при наличии и обретении в процессе работы необходимых навыков;
  • реализация нестандартных задач.
