Работа с данными и HR-метриками отдела (600 человек);
Подготовка управленческой HR-аналитики;
Проведение интервью с руководителями и сотрудниками;
Описание и регламентация функций.

Требования:

Уверенный пользователь Microsoft Excel, Power BI;
Наличие высшего образования;
Умение работать с большими таблицами;
Знание трудового законодательства;
Опыт работы HR-менеджером от 3 лет;
Понимание HR-метрик.
