Обязанности:
  • Подбор и оценка персонала в сфере безопасности;
  • Проведение первичного интервью с кандидатом по телефону;
  • Ведение отчетности по вакансиям на различных платформах;
  • Проведение мониторинга рынка труда;
  • Участие в реализации проектов Управления HR;
  • Выполнение стандартных операций по регламентам компании;
  • Ввод и актуализация данных в информационных системах.
Требования:
  • Владение ПК и офисными программами;
  • Внимательность, аккуратность, ответственность;
  • Готовность обучаться и осваивать новые задачи;
  • Умение работать в команде.
