It hosts production facilities across automotive components, chemicals, building materials, food processing and machinery, and operates its own vocational education programmes that recruit young workers and students directly into resident plants. Обязанности:
  • Правовое сопровождение формирования и согласования типовых договоров: оказание услуг, подряд, поставка и иные;
  • Разработка нетиповых проектов договоров и приложений к ним;
  • Оценка возможных юридических рисков на этапе заключения и исполнения обязательств по договорам;
  • Ведение переговоров с контрагентами по вопросам согласования договоров;
  • Отслеживание изменений законодательства и судебной практики, подготовка аналитических справок по направлению деятельности.
Требования:
  • Уверенное знание гражданского права;
  • Практическое умение выявлять нарушения и несоответствия, анализировать риски, находить пути их минимизации при проведении экспертной оценки: договоров, соглашений, локальных актов, проектов и т.п;
  • Внимание к мелочам и нюансам;
  • Активность, умение работать в условиях многозадачности.
