Обязанности:
- Правовое сопровождение инвестиционных проектов на всех этапах реализации: разработка и согласование типовых и нетиповых договоров (оказание услуг, подряд, поставка и др.);
- Оценка и минимизация юридических рисков при заключении и исполнении обязательств;
- Проведение переговоров с контрагентами по вопросам согласования договоров;
- Мониторинг изменений законодательства и судебной практики, подготовка аналитических справок для руководства;
- Выполнение иных поручений руководителя по направлению деятельности.
Требования:
- Уверенное знание гражданского права;
- Практическое умение выявлять нарушения и несоответствия, анализировать риски и негативные последствия, находить пути минимизации при проведении экспертной оценки: договоров, соглашений, локальных актов, проектов и т.п;
- Вариативность мышления;
- Активность, умение работать в условиях многозадачности.
