Обязанности:

  • Правовое сопровождение инвестиционных проектов на всех этапах реализации: разработка и согласование типовых и нетиповых договоров (оказание услуг, подряд, поставка и др.);
  • Оценка и минимизация юридических рисков при заключении и исполнении обязательств;
  • Проведение переговоров с контрагентами по вопросам согласования договоров;
  • Мониторинг изменений законодательства и судебной практики, подготовка аналитических справок для руководства;
  • Выполнение иных поручений руководителя по направлению деятельности.

Требования:

  • Уверенное знание гражданского права;
  • Практическое умение выявлять нарушения и несоответствия, анализировать риски и негативные последствия, находить пути минимизации при проведении экспертной оценки: договоров, соглашений, локальных актов, проектов и т.п;
  • Вариативность мышления;
  • Активность, умение работать в условиях многозадачности.
