Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, consolidate and analyses commercial, financial, passenger traffic and operational data
• Prepare regular performance reports, management presentations and interactive dashboards
• Develop and monitor Commercial Affairs KPIs, including revenue per passenger, revenue per square metre, occupancy, sales penetration, budget versus actual, revenue-share performance and concessionaire performance
• Identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities, and convert findings into actionable recommendations
• Support budgeting, revenue forecasting, scenario analysis and commercial business cases
• Conduct market research and benchmark airport prices, products and services against city averages and comparable airports, particularly for Food & Beverage and Retail
• Analyse the commercial strategies, concepts and best practices of leading international airports
• Monitor global developments in airport Retail, F&B, Advertising, Real Estate, Lounges, VIP Services and other non-aeronautical activities
• Identify gaps in the Airport’s commercial offering and propose innovative concepts, services and revenue-generating opportunities
• Prepare a periodic Commercial Aviation Insights Newsletter highlighting relevant market trends, innovations and potential applications for the Airport
• Coordinate with internal departments and commercial partners to ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Preferably 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, commercial analysis or market research
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling, total cost of ownership / TCO calculations) and Power BI skills
• CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) is plus
• Experience with Power Query, SQL would be an advantage
• Strong understanding of KPIs, forecasting, variance analysis, data visualization and market benchmarking
• Experience in airports, aviation, retail, F&B, real estate, hospitality or concession management would be an advantage
• Professional proficiency in English; Russian and/or Kazakh would be an advantage
